Julie Herbert is the founder of Grace Senior Transitions and the creator of The Caregiver's Compass Summit. Her path into this work started at home: watching her grandmother move through a life transition with a plan in place, and later watching her father face a crisis with none. That contrast — the difference clarity makes — is what led her to build Grace Senior Transitions, an advisory practice guiding families and caregivers through the emotional and logistical weight of later-life change.
Before GST, Julie spent over 20 years with the Department of the Navy in law enforcement, security, and administration, and later worked as a Maine real estate agent helping families with moves. She created this summit to bring caregivers the guidance, tools, and community she wishes had been easier to find.
